1. Make a slipknot
Make a loop |
pull the wool through the loop |
you've got a KNOT! |
Tighten it a tiny bit,
you should be able to
slide the knot loosely on the hook.

Hold the end string with your left hand, and the hook with your right hand. Using left hand finger, bring yarn over the hook. |
Draw the yarn through the slipknot. |
You've made the 1st chain! Let the slipknot slide off the hook. |
Repeat the process again, hold end with Left hand, hook with right hand, bring yarn over. |
Draw the yarn through the 1st chain, let the loop slide off the hook. Repeat this process for the desired number of chains. |
